MISSION & MODEL
Our mission is to reduce the impact of clothing on our planet by providing sustainable clothing services and influencing consumer behaviour through knowledge and empowerment.
We hope to disrupt traditional retail formats by showing that preloved items can benefit both the planet and your pocket, and that sustainable fashion should be an option for everyone.
We're always delighted to accept any donations of outgrown or unworn clothing items suitable for ages 4 to 18, including casual wear, activewear, shoes and uniform.
We currently have contactless drop-off points in Glasgow South Side and City Centre, as well as a collections service. We can even help arrange bulk postage from further afield!
Message us using the Chat Box on this site or via WhatsApp (07383572327), to organise drop-off or collection with one of our team, at a time that works best for you.
There are many valuable ways you can support our social enterprise, and space for everyone's skills and strengths!
We host a number of volunteering opportunities, including Clothing Processing, In-Store Retail Assistants, Online Sales Assistants and Collecting Clothing.
Please note, due to current restrictive circumstances being faced across the sector, our volunteering opportunities are incredibly limited. However, please keep sending us your interest by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every time your family shops with us, or generously donates clothing to us, you are having a positive impact on people and the planet.

Empowering young people to be responsible clothing consumers is a big part of what we do at ApparelXchange.
We want to work together, building supportive and collaborative relationships with teachers, schools, parents, carers and children.
