Where do the clothes come from?


The clothes sold by ApparelXchange are collected from donation drives that take place in schools and donations that are made directly to ApparelXchange. By collecting and reselling these donated items, we provide parents and children with an alternative, environmentally friendly solution to throwing clothing away.




What price do you sell them at?


We sell them at a price that covers our basic costs. These are the collection, washing, preparing for resale, storing and our retail costs. We also sell blazers and jackets at a slightly higher value, but this is still a fraction of the new purchase.




How do we know these are good quality?


All clothes are rigorously checked. We have quality procedures which we follow; checking for any damage, missing buttons, broken zips, bobbling, fading or tears. We wash all clothes, check them again before they do into stock.
Clothes which don’t meet our standards go for recycling.




How regularly does new stock get added?


We have our ranges which we keep adding too. Where we have jackets and other individual items these are added each week.




How can I pay?


You can use a credit or debit card and with Paypal for online purchases. In store we accept credit and debit cards and cash.




Where is your shop?


We are now located in Glasgow's St.Enoch Shopping Centre, on the first floor next to Debenhams.




What can I donate?


You can now donate all kids clothing and acessories!
