Schools
Empowering young people to be responsible clothing consumers is a big part of what we do at ApparelXchange

SCHOOL'S NETWORK

Schools in the ApparelXchange network receive tailored support to help them make carbon reductions through school uniform reuse.

1. Donation Drives
We supply schools in the network with donation bins, marketing materials and all the advice needed to make school uniform donation drives happen.

School uniform donation drives are a fantastic way of getting pupils and the community involved in carbon reduction activities.
2. Learning sessions
Schools in the network receive learning sessions that empower young people to take action climate change whilst improving their carbon literacy skills. These sessions are linked to Learning Outcomes and cover aspects like global citizenship and sustainability and include sewing sessions.
3. Pop-Up Shops
By being in the network we can co-ordinate and run Pop-up School uniform shops in your school. These provide your community with a convenient way to try and buy affordable school uniform that doesn't cost the earth.
Helping new school parents with guidance on buying the right amount of clothing
4. Free Referrals
By being in the network we provide free packages of uniform to identified families who need support.
